3 large zucchini
400 g chopped
1 small onion,
2 cloves of garlic,
300 g tomato sauce or crushed tomatoes,
1 tablespoon tomato paste
150 to 200 g grated mozzarella
, 30 g grated Parmesan cheese
, 1 tablespoon olive oil
, 1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon paprika
, salt
and pepper
You can use ground beef, but this recipe also works with ground beef or turkey.
