This recipe is the ultimate “dump and go” dinner — tender, juicy pork cooked to perfection with minimal effort. With just three simple ingredients, your slow cooker transforms a plain pork tenderloin into a flavorful, melt-in-your-mouth meal that tastes like you spent hours in the kitchen. INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 whole pork tenderloin (about 1–1.5 lbs)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup
  • 1 packet dry onion soup mix (or 2 tablespoons homemade mix)

INSTRUCTION:

  1. Place the pork tenderloin in the slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle the dry onion soup mix evenly over the meat.
  3. Pour the cream of mushroom soup on top.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until the pork is tender and easily shredded with a fork.
