Introduction:

These homemade vanilla ice cream bars are a perfect treat for a hot day. Creamy, smooth, and slightly sweetened with powdered sugar, these bars are easy to make and will surely satisfy your sweet cravings. The drizzle of condensed milk adds an extra layer of indulgence!

 

Ingredients:

 

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup whole milk

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk (optional)

Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions:

 

Prepare the Ice Cream Mixture: In a large bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. If you want extra sweetness and creaminess, add the sweetened condensed milk and mix until well combined.

Freeze the Mixture: Pour the mixture into ice cream bar molds. Use sticks or small popsicle sticks if needed.
